With over 5 decades of travel industry experience, Diane, Cathy, Jeremy, and Michelle have had fun helping our client's dreams come true. Our service doesn't stop when you come home from your trip. We are here to assist you while planning your trip, when you are traveling and after you come home.

Before we begin planning your journey, we would like to get to know you! We ask that you fill out our Vacation Request Form prior to a complementary consultation either via phone, email, or in-office visit. If we mutually decide to proceed, we will send you our Planning Fee Contract for our services. From there, we will start preparing the itinerary for your perfect getaway!

Diane Earman, Owner/Agent

With over 40 years of travel industry experience, specializing in corporate travel, she is the one to turn to if you need assistance with business travel. She knows the "ins and outs" of the airline industry, and knows exactly what to do if you need assistance while traveling. After working for someone else for over 25 years, she made the decision to open her own agency, and Earman & Associates Travel was born.

Jeremy Ramsey, Agent

Although Jeremy is new to the travel agency, he is not new to travel. Jeremy has traveled extensively in Europe and throughout the US. He will be able to book your flights, vacation packages, cruises, and tours. Contact him for your honeymoon or vacation travel...or to just book a flight to get away!

Why should I book with a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. We can assist you in the customization and planning of your trip/vacation. And when you call us, you can speak to an agent who knows about your booking. If unexpected problems arise during travel, we are hear to help you.

Does your agency charge fees?

If you are booking airline tickets, there is a $35 service charge per person per ticket. This fee is waived if the tickets are purchased in combination with a cruise or vacation package. Other Services Fees are explained on the Services page.

Do I need to make an appointment?

An appointment is not necessary to speak to us about planning or pricing a vacation. You may always email or call during business hours or even walk-in to speak to us. However, appointments are encouraged so that we can dedicate time to meet with you on your schedule.

What do I need in order to book?

If traveling domestically, we will need your full name and birthday as it appears on your government-issued photo ID. If traveling internationally, we will need your full name and birthday as they appear in your passport or approved travel documentation. We will also need to check for any visa requirements for the destination country.

When do I need a REAL ID?

A REAL ID or valid passport will be required for all domestic airline travel starting May 7, 2025.

Do I need a passport for a cruise or other travel?

For a Cruise: A passport is not required if you are traveling in and out of a U.S. port at this time, but you are encouraged to travel with a valid one. You may sail with an official birth certificate and a supporting government-issued photo ID, like a driver's license or identity card. If your birth certificate does not match your government-issued photo ID, then you must include other supporting documentation to confirm your name, such as a marriage license.

For all other international travel, a valid passport is required. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of your travel.

Do you sell travel insurance?

We sell a variety of insurance plans to give you peace of mind when you travel. We will find the plan that is right for you and your vacation.
